Making Your Business or Deal Financeable: How to Prepare for a New Loan
DATE
When a business decides to seek a new loan, planning and preparation are key. Whether funding general working capital or a specific transaction, it’s best to prepare before the need for capital arises. This panel discussion will provide insight into important steps owners and executives can take to minimize costly delays and ensure an efficient closing with favorable terms.
Panelists will include representatives of traditional bank and alternative nonbank lenders, and Barnes & Thornburg attorneys who will dive into what lenders look for and require when underwriting and making new loans, and what borrowers can do to prepare.
Our program will appeal to companies, sponsors, or investors looking to obtain financing, as well as to lenders seeking to learn different perspectives on readying their borrowers for financings.
