Patrick Miles spoke as part of a panel in connection with Opera Grand Rapids' world premiere performance of "Stinney: An American Execution." The panel discussed the intersection of racial justice, state and federal law, and the artistic representation of stories like George Stinney. Panelists included Michigan Lt. Gov.
