Labor and Employment Developments to Predicting 2023 Trends

In two sessions on Feb. 8 and 9, the firm’s Labor and Employment team from the South Bend and Elkhart offices hosted a seminar and continuing legal education (CLE) presentation for local human resources professionals and general counsel, “Learning From Our Past: Exploring Recent Labor and Employment Developments to Predict 2023 Trends.” Janilyn Daub, Jeanine Gozdecki, Mike Palmer and Ben Perry shared an overview of significant developments from 2022 and offered practical strategies and advice to help companies navigate ongoing and future issues through 2023 and beyond. The first session was co-presented with the Michiana Human Resources Association.
