The Japanese Services practice group held an in-person seminar at the Atlanta office, “Points to Keep in Mind: The Latest Information Such as the Antitrust Law, Export Regulation, the Foreign Investment Regulation (CFIUS) Under the Biden Administration for Japanese Companies in the U.S.” Kendall Millard, Kazumi Iino, Clinton Yu and Chihiro Maeda presented. This was the first seminar the practice group held at the new Atlanta office location. The seminar drew attendees from Nashville, JETRO companies, and the Japan-America Society of Georgia along with representatives of the state of Georgia.
