At the Law & Compliance Division Conference hosted by Futures Industry Association (FIA), Laurian Cristea will participate on a panel discussing “New Products, New Entrants, New Models” alongside Nicole Brinkerhoff, chief compliance officer at TradeStation Securities; Victoria Earls, chief counsel, investigations & enforcement at Interactive Brokers Group; Kimberly Johns, managing director and senior counsel at Goldman Sachs; and Kristin Johnson, Commissioner at CFTC. The panelists expect to cover diverse issues in the industry, including Bitcoin ETFs, 0-day options, event contracts, the “retailification” of futures, disintermediated clearing, and digital assets.
