DALLAS - Texas Lawyer, a publication of American Lawyer Media, has named Victor Vital to its 2020 Texas Trailblazers list, which recognizes legal professionals in Texas who have moved the needle in the industry.
Vital, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, was noted for his love of trials and especially for being known as a “lawyer who can swoop into an ongoing litigation in the weeks and months before, if not on the eve of, trial to present the case before a jury.”
He was lauded for blazing a trail by shifting his more traditional litigation practice to one that was modeled after other lawyers who paved the way by entering cases shortly before trial. In addition, Vital was noted for mentoring other young attorneys so that trial lawyers won’t become a “relic of the past.”
Victor’s deep trial experience ranges from patent litigation, unfair competition, contract disputes, business tort cases, and high net worth divorce cases to trade secret and non-compete litigation, real estate disputes, products liability matters, catastrophic injury and death cases, consumer fraud matters, and white collar criminal matters.
This is the second year for the Texas Trailblazers list.
