A patent agent in the Minneapolis office, Lisa Fazzino works with Barnes & Thornburg’s attorneys and clients on U.S. and foreign patent prosecution and patent application drafting. As an experienced patent agent, Lisa offers a deep technical background in microbiology, virology, molecular biology, genetics, computational biology, bioinformatics, pathogenesis, evolutionary biology and ecology. She earned her Ph.D. in microbiology from the University of Minnesota in 2020 and her B.S. in biology from the University of Puget Sound in 2012.
Kelly Parker, a staff attorney in the Dallas office, focuses her practice primarily on resolutions to drug and medical device and consumer product litigation. She has experience reviewing substantial medical records, drafting concise summaries and formulating legal arguments while actively participating in settlement negotiations. Kelly earned her J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2018 and her B.B.A. from Marshall University in 2014.
Jennifer Service, of counsel in the Minneapolis office, helps clients achieve their goals by leveraging her broad legal knowledge and a practical, business-centric approach. Jen advises on a full range of labor and employment law issues for employers of all sizes. She earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1996 and her B.S. from Michigan State University in 1991.
