With over two decades of experience, Ken understands the challenges that businesses, financial institutions and their leaders encounter in virtually all restructuring-related matters.
Ken has been involved in a wide range of public and non-public representations, including providing strategic advice and long-term restructuring assistance to companies in addressing their liabilities. His representations have included negotiating, drafting and implementing complex Chapter 11 plans of reorganization, out-of-court debt resolutions, and strategic transactions to manage and ultimately resolve long-term liabilities.
Ken is well-versed in negotiating and securing court approval of financing facilities and asset sales both in and out of Chapter 11 cases. Ken also frequently advises companies in connection with numerous bankruptcy-related real estate, tax and corporate issues.
Ken is a regular speaker to professional organizations and for continuing legal education (CLE) on restructuring and insolvency, including matters relating to corporate structuring, the treatment of commercial leases in bankruptcy proceedings, and the administration of cross-border insolvency proceedings.
