Mark Kromkowski is a seasoned private funds and investment management attorney who provides comprehensive counsel to fund managers on the myriad aspects of fund formation, administration, governance and compliance. His pragmatic approach to transactions is coupled with his passion for helping clients meet their goals.

Mark represents private investment funds and portfolio companies across a wide range of private equity and corporate M&A transactions. He also advises financial institutions on matters related to private equity subscription lines of credit, along with net asset value and other hybrid credit facilities.

Notably, Mark has substantial experience in the formation, transactional and regulatory aspects of Small Business Investment Companies (SBIC Funds) and Rural Business Investment Companies (RBIC Funds).

With deep experience in complex financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate matters, Mark delivers strategic guidance and support in navigating intricate financial and legal landscapes.
