Sarah Jin

Sarah’s practice focuses on defending manufacturers, distributors, and sellers across multiple product sectors in litigation matters. With experience in various state and federal jurisdictions, Sarah utilizes her genuine interest in her clients’ businesses and knowledge of their processes and products to implement creative and pragmatic litigation strategies specific to each case and each client.

Sarah prides herself on her communication skills, both in and out of the courtroom and with clients and counsel alike. She has managed cases through virtually every stage of pretrial litigation and trial preparation, including drafting and arguing dispositive and critical motions, preparing and defending witnesses at deposition, and coordinating litigation strategies across defense groups in mass tort litigations. Sarah has also successfully represented clients in different alternative dispute resolution processes, including settlement conferences, arbitrations, and mediations.
