With an active insolvency practice, Rob also assists asset assignees, creditor committees, debtors, examiners, monitors, trustees and receivers. He has represented national mortgage servicers and other public companies in class actions and qui tam litigation. Rob has also defended numerous clients with respect to federal and state mortgage, confidentiality and consumer protection statutes. Rob’s practice is focused in Ohio and Florida but he also appears regularly in courts located in Kentucky, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
