Janel began her legal career as a legal operations analyst for a Fortune 500 public utility, where she gained insight into the legal and business concerns that clients face. She applies her knowledge and experience to analyze problems and design tailored solutions that mitigate risk and address clients’ needs.
She has spent several years as a business development and marketing professional for AmLaw 100 law firms and has led firmwide initiatives, partnered with leadership teams and external organizations to launch new programs, and implemented process improvement exercises for various departments.
She works with the firm’s BT ValueWorks program—a suite of pricing, process and technology solutions that bring greater value, efficiency and predictability to the delivery of legal services.
