Lucinda is loyal, hardworking and organized, and she knows how to get the job done in the most deadline-driven circumstances. She assists in reviewing medical chronologies, records and projects; preparing for depositions; drafting various documents, including pleading and discovery; and virtually all types of counsel and witness preparation.
In the course of her career, Lucinda has done plaintiff and defense work. She also has experience working on matters involving product liability, toxic torts, asbestos, and white collar defense, as well as defamation, First Amendment, contract disputes, appellate and crisis management.
Lucinda is skilled in seeking innovative solutions for clients that are most beneficial to their businesses. She routinely establishes and maintains high-level interaction and rapport with colleagues, attorneys, C-level executives, clients, and management. Lucinda has also led initiatives in personnel training and development at multiple law firms.
Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, Lucinda spent 15 years as a senior litigation paralegal with a law firm in Las Vegas.
