Brad advises on the formation and operation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as representing entities as corporate legal counsel. He also works with individuals to plan their estates to achieve their goals while minimizing taxes and transfer costs, assisting them with the selection and preparation of appropriate estate planning instruments ranging from wills and trusts to integrated transfer strategies.

In addition, Brad advises personal representatives, trustees and guardians on the administration of estates, trusts and guardianships and the preparation of state and federal estate and inheritance tax returns. He advocates for individual and corporate fiduciaries in trust and estate controversies and litigates estate, trust and guardianship disputes.
