Lauren Box concentrates her practice in the areas of government relations, energy and utility law, and general municipal law. Lauren represents a variety of public and private sector clients before the Indiana General Assembly and the executive branch in Indiana.
Lauren is counsel to clients across many sectors, including the healthcare, energy, utilities, education, and philanthropic industries, among others. Her background in government adds a valuable perspective to those she serves, frequently enabling her to align client interests with broader public policy goals.
Before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC), Lauren represents both investor-owned and municipal utilities. Her experience before the IURC includes general rate cases, periodic rate adjustment (tracker) proceedings, certificates of public convenience and necessity cases, preapprovals, financings, acquisitions, disputes, investigations, rulemakings, and service area-related cases.
