Taylor focuses her practice on patent drafting and prosecution. She works to form compelling strategies to protect and grow clients’ intellectual property portfolios.
Prior to joining the firm full-time, Taylor gained intellectual property experience as a summer associate with Barnes & Thornburg. She also gained experience with the Intellectual Property Clinic at Indiana University Maurer School of Law assisting pro bono inventors in both the trademark and patent areas.
While earning her undergraduate degree, Taylor collaborated on the development of a biocompatible and dissolvable pain modulation device. The device blocked nerve stimulation with the objective of limiting opioid usage for patients with chronic post-operative pain.
Outside of assisting clients, Taylor enjoys reading, eating all things chocolate and cheering on her hometown hockey team, the St. Louis Blues.
