Duncan is well-versed in nearly all components of commercial and environmental litigation. His experience includes drafting motions, demurrers and conducting legal research for cases concerning environmental contamination and personal injury, environmental regulation, contract disputes and wildfire litigation.
Duncan has successfully defended a range of clients from small-business owners to national corporations in complex matters involving environmental contamination, toxic torts and personal injury.
Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, Duncan worked as an associate with a California-based environmental litigation boutique firm. During law school, he gained experience working with one of the largest electricity supply companies in the state on complex matters including wildfire litigation and contamination.
Outside of work, Duncan is a certified citizen scientist with FrogWatch USA and Hoosier Riverwatch and an Indiana certified naturalist.
