As in-house counsel for Nashville healthcare and hospital systems for more than a decade, including serving as general counsel for an innovative start up from its early days to successful sale and exit, she advised on a wide range of matters involving regulatory compliance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, managed care contracting, HIPAA, and fraud and abuse.
