A skilled and meticulous litigator, Cathryn has been involved in virtually all phases of litigation, including dispositive motion practice, depositions, expert discovery, and trial. Cathryn has experience in multidistrict litigation and coordinated state proceedings in jurisdictions across the United States.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Cathryn was an associate in the Philadelphia office of an Am Law 50 law firm.
During law school, Cathryn served as an intern in the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Criminal Division, and in the Third Circuit’s Appellate Mediation Program. Prior to law school, Cathryn served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Gary R. Brown in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and for the Honorable Charles Dow in the Waterville, Maine, District Court.
Cathryn also has an active pro bono practice representing individuals who were wrongfully convicted, as well as in name change proceedings.
