She has defended manufacturers and businesses in wrongful death claims, product liability actions, consumer protection act claims, and medical cost reimbursement negotiations. Molly has deep experience in complex and mass tort litigation involving the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer goods industries.
Detail-oriented and client-focused, Molly focuses on developing compelling arguments, company accounts, and fact patterns. She has appeared in state and federal courts across the U.S. and handled sophisticated multidistrict litigation and class actions.
Molly believes that success derives from collaboration and creative problem-solving. Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Molly was a partner in the Philadelphia office of a large national law firm.
She has had an active pro bono practice, including representing and partnering with the Public Interest Law Center and the International Legal Foundation.
