Julian Kennedy is a versatile attorney whose practice focuses on both criminal and civil litigation. With extensive courtroom experience in California state and federal courts, he is dedicated to guiding clients through the litigation process with a straightforward and relatable approach.
Julian has handled a wide range of legal matters, including commercial and toxic tort litigations, white-collar criminal defense matters, monitorships, real estate and unlawful detainer disputes, as well as family law cases. Julian has trial experience in San Diego and Orange County Superior Courts and has assisted in sentencing and evidentiary hearings in securities fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and drug smuggling cases in the Southern District of California.
Originally from Germany, Julian brings a distinctive perspective to his work, emphasizing the broader implications of legal proceedings and recognizing that every case extends beyond legal strategy, often profoundly impacting the lives of those involved. Before joining the firm, he honed his trial skills as an attorney with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, where he represented low-income San Diegans facing eviction.
Outside the courtroom, Julian is a competitive soccer player and serves as club captain for the San Diego Rebels SC in the United Premier Soccer League.
