A thoughtful and diligent advocate, Daniel drafts motions and discovery, and assists with witness interviews, depositions and trial preparation, as well as with internal investigations and reviews in a variety of contexts. He also advises businesses in the construction and transportation industries on a variety of litigation challenges and assists manufacturers in defending consumer warranty claims under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was a judicial intern with Magistrate Judge Michael G. Gotsch, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, where he drafted legal memoranda regarding several motions to compel and motions for discovery sanctions. He also gained experience researching and writing on the topic of Social Security disability appeals before the court.
Daniel also previously worked within the legal department of a university, which equipped him with a unique understanding of the legal challenges found in the education sector.
