With a diverse professional background, Brian is well-suited to handle clients’ needs in high-intensity and high-volume environments. He is skilled at guiding clients through commercial and consumer disputes, class actions, and product liability disputes.
Brian’s experience includes representing clients in complex commercial and civil litigation matters, as well as False Claims Act litigation. Brian practiced with a national defense firm where he represented insurers in complex first-party coverage matters and coverage litigation throughout Florida. Brian has represented clients in court, at formal mediations and during informal settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Brian served as an associate with a Maryland firm, where he worked on a multibillion dollar False Claims Act suit.
Before practicing law, Brian worked three seasons in the New York Yankees’ player development department, where he was assigned to the Gulf Coast Rookie team and the former Advanced A affiliate Tampa Yankees.
