Scott Godes and Michael C. Zogby spoke virtually on “Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Trade Secrets & Technology Ethics” at a Fordham University School of Law CLE program. They addressed ethical obligations and professional responsibilities regarding protecting electronic data and communication, including protecting confidential, privileged, and proprietary client and law office data and communications; risks and privacy implications; cyber insurance; and data breaches and cyberattacks, among other topics.
