LOS ANGELES – Four attorneys in Barnes & Thornburg’s Entertainment, Media and Sports practice group have been named to Variety’s Dealmakers Impact Report 2022.
The publication recognized the firm’s Los Angeles-based team of Jason M. Karlov, Carolyn Hunt, Bryan Thompson and Amanda Taber. The group represents award-winning music artists and their business and personal legal matters, film financing, production incentives and distribution deals; business-altering talent deals; corporate partnership deals; and music and live events.

Thompson was recognized for serving as legal counsel through the development, production, financing and distribution of television projects. Taber was noted for her role in several confidential deals in music, live events, licensing, endorsements/sponsorships, and copyright and on several large transactions.
