On May 25, Tammy Helminski of the Grand Rapids office moderated a webinar, "By the Numbers: What Environmental Lawyers Need to Know About Michigan's Part 201 Cleanup Criteria," for the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. The webinar featured presentations by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and environmental consultants discussing the technical aspects of proposed, new state remediation cleanup criteria.
