Attorney Presentation - "Midwest Environmental Compliance Conference"

In a cross-office environmental team effort, Tammy Helminski of the Grand Rapids office, Jeff Longsworth of the Washington, D.C., office, and Cheryl Gonzalez of the Indianapolis office participated in the Second Annual Midwest Environmental Compliance Conference (MECC) on Nov. 1-3 in Chicago. The MECC is targeted to environmental issues facing sources located in Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Wisconsin. The team led several of the discussions, with Tammy presenting "Inspection Essentials - Traps for the Unwary," Jeff moderating the "Regional Water Roundtable" panel, and Cheryl presenting "Emerging Issues in Indiana Environmental Law" on a panel moderated by the Indiana Manufacturers Association.
