Attorney Presentation - "Historical and Modern Insurance Coverage for Environmental Liabilities"

John Fischer of the Indianapolis office attended the 2017 Lavender Law Conference in San Francisco Aug. 2-4. He organized, hosted, and spoke at the Insurance Institute program held in conjunction with the conference. John presentation, "Historical and Modern Insurance Coverage for Environmental Liabilities," focused on the availability of general liability and pollution liability policies to cover long-tail environmental and toxic tort liabilities. Other presenters spoke about cyber risk insurance and claims-made policies. The program was well-received, with multiple attendees expressing an interest in participating in and volunteering for next year's program in New York.
