With decades of experience, Erik represents clients in equity syndication through limited partnerships and limited liability companies of low-income housing, historic rehabilitation and new markets tax credits. He also assists clients in obtaining or providing senior and subordinate financing for affordable housing and other community development projects.
Erik has negotiated and closed transactions totaling over $1 billion involving domestic violence shelters, health and medical centers, food banks, production facilities, neighborhood infrastructures and other projects. He is a frequent speaker at new market tax credit conferences across the country.
