Daniel utilizes the knowledge he gained in-house with a commercial real estate services firm to draft and negotiate a wide range of real estate contracts, including commercial leases, land leases, purchase agreements, and easements. That experience allows him to advise clients beyond the transaction itself, also addressing compliance, corporate governance, and labor and employment issues that clients may encounter.
While he was in law school, Daniel served as a law clerk in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General’s Civil Litigation Division, as well as an extern for Justice Mark S. Massa of the Indiana Supreme Court and an intern for Judge Richard L. Young of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
Prior to law school, Daniel taught junior high and high school English in Indianapolis through Teach for America.
