OVERVIEW

Connie Lahn represents and litigates disputes on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and other business concerns across the country involving bankruptcy law, workouts, equipment leasing, foreclosures, real estate remedies, and commercial mortgage-backed securities defaults matters. She brings particular skill to advising on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) matters. Connie’s candid and approachable style of service is supported by her practical stance to problem-solving and personal commitment to achieving the right result for those she serves.

Connie has guided financial institutions, creditors, and equipment lessors through major restructurings. She has represented a number of national clients faced with workouts and foreclosures of their major loan portfolios. Connie considers her relationships with clients on workouts and defaults as that of a trusted business partner who understands not only their commercial objectives, but also the sensitivities of the challenges they face.

Connie also represents unsecured creditors’ committees and liquidation trusts. She served as lead counsel for the creditors’ committee in one of the country’s largest, multibillion dollar Ponzi scheme cases. Appreciated for her responsiveness and ability to understand client needs within the context of the industry in which they operate, Connie’s ability to listen makes her an outstanding communicator.
