  • Primary counsel for a national developer on a 1.3 million-square-foot corporate campus development adjacent to the new Vikings Stadium in Minneapolis
  • Represent institutional owners and developers on lease transactions for more than 5 million square feet of Class A office space, including numerous multi-floor transactions in Class A office towers
  • Represented a local coffee chain on the roll-out of more than 150 locations
  • Represented the owner of a shopping center in downtown Minneapolis in a vertical subdivision and disposition to Walgreen's developer and the YMCA
  • Represented clients on acquisitions and dispositions of over 3 million square feet of Class A office space in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area
  • Represent regional and national developers of industrial property on numerous build-to-suit projects
  • Represented a hotel developer on acquisitions, dispositions and financings of several hotel projects
  • Represented the owners and developers on several leases with international and regional co-working facilities
