Ransomware and Cyber Insurance

Scott Godes was a panelist for the “Ransomware and Cyber Insurance” session at the Incident Response Forum Ransomware 2023 virtual conference, hosted by Cybersecurity Docket. Scott discussed insurance coverage for ransomware attacks, including best practices when applying for cyber insurance and how to get claims covered. He was joined by Christopher Ballod, managing director at Kroll; Jennifer Coughlin, partner at Mullen Coughlin; and Edward McNicholas, partner at Ropes & Gray. The panel discussion drew 562 attendees.
