Ashley Deweese, a partner in Barnes & Thornburg’s Dallas office, was named a 2024 Connect CRE Lawyers in Real Estate Award honoree for the Texas region. This award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
Deweese focuses her practice on commercial real estate in the industrial, multi-family, office, hospitality, retail and healthcare arenas, working on various investment, development and leasing transactions from inception through closing. She has broad experience representing buyers, sellers, developers, borrowers and investors in nationwide acquisitions, dispositions and development of vacant and developed real property.
Outside of her legal practice, Deweese is involved in several real estate organizations, including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Dallas and the Dallas Bar Association Real Estate Section.
