Cool Girls Program Discussion

Alicia Raines Barrs discussed her career journey with high school students as part of the Cool Girls’ program. Alicia was one of several professional women of color who spoke during the virtual event. Cool Girls is an Atlanta organization that works to develop girls into confident women through education and exposure to a broader world of opportunity. The event was for high school students in the metro Atlanta area who have participated in Cool Girls since elementary and middle school.
