Jenna thrives on the collaborative nature of mass tort and MDL work. Drawn to the challenge of learning about various types of medical devices, how they work, and being able to tell the story about them, she is considered crucial to the team. She is valued for her strong, creative, and persuasive writing and litigation skills, which she has honed through drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and managing discovery.
At the start of her career, Jenna practiced with Holland & Knight (formerly Thompson & Knight) and worked in product liability litigation and with other commercial disputes. She represented clients in matters involving trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, wills and trusts, and had a document sealed that could have disclosed highly sensitive information.
During law school, Jenna interned for the Honorable Renee H. Toliver in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Jenna brings a unique skillset to her client representations – particularly thinking quick on her feet – from her time spent working in TV news production before she turned to the law.
