Evan Kennedy

Evan represents and advises clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing of retail, office, hotel, industrial, mixed-use, and multifamily commercial properties. In addition, Evan has performed due diligence reviews of title, surveys, zoning reports, and property condition reports. He also has experience representing clients’ interests in commercial litigation and general business matters.

Evan effectively uses his litigation experience to help clients avoid situations that often end up in court. Similarly, his transactional experience provides valuable expertise when litigating issues arising from transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Evan was a judicial extern for the Honorable Chief Justice Loretta Rush of the Indiana Supreme Court. He also gained experience as a summer associate at Barnes & Thornburg and as a law clerk for another premier Indianapolis law firm. 

Evan was team captain and a four-year letter winner of the Purdue University baseball team, earning Academic All-Big Ten honors.
