Kyle is appreciated by clients and colleagues alike for his ability to manage extensive litigation portfolios involving products such as home appliances, paints, inks and other industrial and consumer products. Kyle also serves as national products counsel for multiple Fortune 500 companies and advises clients across many industries on civil litigation matters involving personal injury, property damage and breach of warranty claims, as well as complex commercial agreements.
Beyond product liability and torts, Kyle defends financial institutions, including banks, lenders and mortgage companies, in serious disputes involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), as well as borrower defaults, breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation claims.
Also passionate about advising small businesses, Kyle counsels dentists and doctors with privately owned practices as well as entrepreneurial clients on business and litigation matters.
