Gena focuses her work on product liability and mass tort litigation settlements, primarily for drug and medical device litigation.
With over 20 years of experience, Gena is skilled at overseeing case management in multi-district litigation, including managing and coordinating intake of case documentation, pleadings, discovery, and plaintiff-produced documentation. Additionally, she has experience drafting subpoenas and petitions for various state and federal litigations.
In the defense of mass tort claims in complex litigation, Gena is experienced in legal research and writing, as well as review and analysis of scientific articles. She has also conducted witness interviews and vetted opposing counsel witnesses and has worked with fact and expert witnesses for discovery.
Prior to joining the firm, Gena was a staff attorney working on the defense of mass tort claims in complex litigation at a firm in Washington, D.C.
