Cyberinsurance Issues for 2022: Leveraging Insurance to Fund Cyber Liabilities and Losses

Carrie Raver and Scott Godes presented “Cyberinsurance Issues for 2022: Leveraging Insurance to Fund Cyber Liabilities and Losses,” to approximately 40 in-house counsel at the Indiana Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Day at the Track. The session on cyber insurance was held in a suite at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway during Indianapolis 500 practice week. Two-time IndyCar Series winner Pato O’Ward also spoke to the group about his love of racecar driving.
