Association of Corporate Counsel’s National Capital Region Fall Privacy and Technology Conference

Scott Godes and Carrie Raver participated in the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) National Capital Region (NCR) Fall Privacy and Technology Conference. The conference, featuring advanced topics for in-house attorneys, was held at Westwood Country Club in Vienna, Virginia. Scott and Carrie spoke alongside David Cox, assistant general counsel, privacy, data governance and e-discovery of Volkswagen of America, Inc., on insurance coverage for ransomware and business email compromises, and the changing cyber insurance market. The audience included nearly 150 attendees, the majority of which were general counsels and other in-house attorneys.
