Hong Kong Trade Development Council and the North American Representative Office of Shenzhen Seminar

The firm’s Greater China and South East Asia practice group co-hosted a hybrid seminar and networking event with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and the North American Representative Office of Shenzhen (NAROS), China at the Chicago office. Naomi Kwang, Grant Peters and Mark Nelson led discussion sessions, including participating on the panels, “Add Value to Your Business and Manage Risk Through the Strategic Use of U.S. Intellectual Property - Including Metaverse and Artificial Intelligence” and “Enforcing and Defending Patents and Other IP and an Update on Recent Important Cases.” Octavia Xu organized and moderated this event, which had more than 20 in-person attendees and more than 30 online participants from the U.S. and China.
