A paralegal in the Indianapolis office, Chelsea Bradshaw assists her attorneys with scheduling hearings, depositions and mediations, as well as with drafting complaints, motions, notices, chronologies, discovery, and correspondence. Bradshaw also helps with trial and deposition preparation, including but not limited to, creating deposition outlines, pre-trial conference orders, witness and exhibit lists, verdict forms, and jury instructions. She earned her M.H.A. in health, health care administration and management from Capella University in 2017, her paralegal certificate from University of California San Diego in 2014 and her B.A. in criminal justice and psychology from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2009.
Themis Galanos, a staff attorney in the Delaware office, assists clients with land use matters by facilitating and negotiating client land development plans through initial stages of government permitting and approval. Galanos advises on site selection, surveys, easements, and annexation as part of the commercial real estate development process. He earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2018 and his B.A. in history and international business from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2014.
As an associate in the Chicago office, Andrew Hemmer counsels clients in disputes ranging from general commercial litigation, employment litigation and class actions to white collar and government investigations. Hemmer regularly drafts dispositive motions, conducts discovery, and finds innovative and effective ways to help his clients respond to legal issues and resolve matters that keep the focus on the clients’ goals. He earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2016 and his B.S. in integrative biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2013.
Kenneth Horton’s practice includes domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution and virtually all manners of IP litigation, including state and federal court and agency actions. As of counsel in the Salt Lake City office, Horton drafts patent and trademark opinions, technology and intellectual property agreements; copyrights, trade secret, intellectual property evaluations; and performs due diligence. He earned his J.D. from Catholic University Law School in 1995, his MBA in science, technology and innovation management from George Washington University in 1993 and his B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Utah in 1990.
As an associate in the Dallas office, David Lisch focuses his practice on virtually all aspects of patent litigation, along with trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation, for a variety of industries and technologies. Lisch’s patent litigation work involves performing pre-filing infringement analysis and drafting of claim charts through trial, including reviewing and analyzing asserted invalidating prior art, drafting requests for admission and interrogatories, and helping prepare experts for depositions. He earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2013 and his B.S. in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006.
