Novogradac 2023 Historic Tax Credit Conference

Katrina Thompson spoke on a panel at the Novogradac 2023 Historic Tax Credit Conference at the Charlotte Marriott City Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The panel, “HTC Building Blocks,” shared information on building the capital stack for historic rehabilitation properties and how best to incorporate other funding sources and debt to deals utilizing historic tax credit equity to help projects pencil out financially.
