Over the past three years, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has been rewriting regulations affecting employers nationwide.
Despite more than 97 percent of private sector employees being non-unionized, the NLRB's rules apply to all employers, including those without unions. The law under the National Labor Relations Act can be confusing and counterintuitive. This program is designed to highlight surprising rules and provide strategies for navigating them, applicable to both unionized and non-union employers.
