William Carlucci, Maddie San Jose, Kaitlyn Stone, and Michael Zogby, along with Jonathan Klein, privacy counsel at Novo Nordisk, co-authored an article, “Partnering With In-House Counsel to Preserve Attorney-Client Privilege in Data Breach Probes,” in The Legal Intelligencer. The article provides keyways for organizations to prepare for a security incident or data breach and when such an incident occurs, what organizations must do to not only efficiently navigate the complicated maze of legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations, but also how outside counsel are critical to an organization’s ultimate successful response and mitigation efforts.
