Navigating Attorney Client and Work Product Privilege in a Hyper-Communication Pandemic State

Danny Valenzuela, Karina Loya, Ladene Mendoza, Martín Montes, Mercedes Badia-Tavas and Ana Baca attended the 2023 Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) Corporate Counsel Conference in Phoenix. The HNBA provides an opportunity to connect with Hispanic representatives from Fortune 500 companies, attorneys and law students from across the nation. The conference addressed legal issues, litigation trends and practical tips from a variety of panel discussions. Martín was a panelist for a session, “Navigating Attorney Client and Work Product Privilege in a Hyper-Communication Pandemic State.” The firm has sponsored the conference for five consecutive years.
