Chordline provides clinician-designed software that supports health plans, third-party administrators, accountable care organizations and other risk-bearing entities across both the private and public sectors. Its solutions integrate case management, utilization management, appeals and grievances, and advanced analytics, ultimately enhancing decision-making, improving patient outcomes and optimizing costs.
With the acquisition, Valsoft enters the managed care sector and will help accelerate Chordline’s growth via additional resources and operational support.
