移民、非移民のペティションおよび領事館でのビザ申請手続き、ビザウィーバー免除プログラム、海外赴任、グローバル人事等に加え、複雑なI-9、E-verify順守、監査、調査、トレーニング実施、社内規則などに関しても多くのケースでアドバイスを提供している。
雇用ベースのビザ（B、H、L、O、P、TN、E-2）ペティション申請、PERM労働許可申請、EB-1 Extraordinary Ability（特に卓越した能力を持つ）、EB-1 Outstanding Researcher/Professor（極めて有能な教授または研究者）、EB-2のNIW申請（労働許可証を待たずに永住権が申請できる）等の永住権申請、全ての優先カテゴリーの移民申請、Adjustment of Status、領事館審査、市民権取得等の手続きを統括している。
クライアントとの関係構築を重視し、アトランタ市長、Metro Atlanta Chamberに対する移民法関連の法務サービスを提供した経験を持つ。
